From 2017 to 2022, Mzia Khutsianidze was a Chief Accountant at the international company "Smart Capital. Prior to that, she worked for several companies of the Bank of Georgia group for 10 years. In 2005-2011, she was the Chief Accountant of the "Aldagi BCI" insurance company. From 2011 to 2014, she changed her position there as Head of the Tax Risk Department.
