Mariam Tkeshelashvili Human Resources Administrative Specialist Mariam Tkeshelashvili joined Bemoni team in 2024 with three years of HR management experience. Prior to starting her job in Bemoni, Mariam worked as an HR Management Service specialist at Tbilisi State Medical University and Ingorokva University Clinic of Advanced Medical Technologies, where she was actively involved in the successful operation of the HR Management Service. During 2021-2023 she worked at Academician Nikoloz Kipshidze Central University Clinic as an HR Management and Development Service Specialist and later as a senior HR specialist, where she was fully engaged in establishment of effective employee communication strategies; she also made significant contribution to the clinic’s numerous reorganization processes. Mariam holds a degree in International Relations faculty of the University of Georgia.
