Soso Kvaratskhelia Construction Manager Soso Kvaratskhelia has joined the team of "Bemoni" as a Construction Manager. Soso Kvaratskhelia is an experienced engineer working in the field of hydropower infrastructure. He has over 10 years of practice both in Georgia and in internationally financed projects. His career began in 2013 at the Enguri HPP, where he worked as an assistant chief geodesist. In subsequent years, he was actively involved in the rehabilitation and construction of the Enguri, Zhinvali, and Mtkvari HPPs. Between 2016 and 2018, at PIRAMIDA Ltd. as a shift works supervisor, Soso was involved in the construction works of the Mtkvari HPP (53 MVA). Since 2019, he has been working on the Phase IV rehabilitation of the Enguri HPP — first as a site engineer, and then as a construction manager. His roles include the full management of works, quality and safety control, negotiations with the employer and the independent engineer. Soso is a graduate of the Georgian Technical University, majoring in Hydraulic Engineering.
