Giorgi Mirtskhulava Founder & Managing Director Giorgi Mirtskhulava has 25 years’ working experience in oil & gas and construction industry, focusing on management, construction, commercial, corporate finance and Business development. He has 14 years of senior management experience, of which he was an executive vice president of Tethys Petroleum Limited for 10 years in the direction of corporate development and asset management. Tethys is an international company, operating in post-Soviet and Arab countries. With the help of his significant contribution, the company was publicly listed on the London Stock Exchange (LSE), Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX) and Kazakhstani Stock Exchange (KASE). Over the years, Giorgi worked on several projects in England, USA, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Ukraine, Russia, Syria and the United Arab Emirates. During that time, Giorgi and his team raised over $400M in investment capital from global investors. In 2017 he returned to Georgia and joined 3 billion USD Anaklia Deep Sea Port Project at Anaklia Development Consortium, where he was the head of the technical department and was in charge of development of the construction management team and managing the construction processes. In addition, together with the executive team of the consortium, he actively represented the positions and interests of the company with various ministries and state agencies, as well as with international shareholders, partners and potential creditors. Currently Giorgi Mirtskhulava is focused on the development of Bemoni, which has the ambition to become a leader in the construction and engineering industry in Georgia. Giorgi is the founder and shareholder of several companies. Mitskhulava holds a Master of Law degree in Petroleum law and Policy from University of Dundee, Scotland and Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from European School of Management (ESM), Tbilisi, Georgia.
